Let me do what I love and am good at: managing your projects for you.
I've managed tens of projects in all Houston areas, including full remodeling of houses worth anywhere from $50K to $2.5M.
How does it work?

You show me the property and run me through your desired scope of work and budget.

Within 48 hours, I provide you with a total price list of the entire project, broken down to the different subjects and stages, as well as my commission and the start and finish times.

We finalize the project together to get the final desired scope of work.

At this point, you can take these prices and shop around to confirm that they are agreeable to you and work with your budget.

My commission is based on the project length and rehab tier. The average is around $4K per month.

If you decide to move forward, you will receive 3D designs for your project: one for the current state of the house and one showing your desired result.

You will receive access to the action sheet, which shows you the live progress of your project and the daily costs.

For payments, you can control all purchases yourself by setting up user accounts with the different vendors, such as Home Depot and Floor & Décor.

It is also an option to have me control these payments by giving me a credit card with a limited budget account. However, I prefer to do this only after our second project together.

For my subcontractors, you will be paying via Zelle, Cash App, or checks, depending on your choice.

As part of the servie, we will create a comprehensive electrical plan for your project, ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. We will work with you and other stakeholders to understand your specific needs and requirements, and then develop a plan that meets those needs while staying on budget and on schedule.
Plumbing Plan
Trust in our seasoned rehabilitation project managers to craft a personalized plumbing strategy tailored exclusively to your remodeling endeavor. Our commitment is to execute all plumbing tasks with utmost safety, efficiency, and strict adherence to relevant codes and regulations. We place a high emphasis on collaboration, working closely with you and all involved parties to grasp the intricacies of your unique needs and preferences. Subsequently, we'll construct a meticulous plan that aligns seamlessly with your budget and timeline constraints.
